Very polite workers. Cleaned the job site nightly. The quality of the roof replacement was excellent and completed ahead of time quoted. The company explained completely what was covered during the roof installation and siding replacement. The selection of materials was wide and color schemes to match. Worked with the insurance company to complete needed documentation. Will hire again, if needed.

Look Family Exteriors just completed a roofing project at my home. I am 110% satisfied by the professionalism of the staff, ownership and the work performed. They showed up on time, completed a pretty good sized project in less than two days! The price was 1700 less than the closest bidder. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

So often it seems that no one is professional anymore. So many times I feel I get brushed off and left hanging. It was very refreshing to find a company that still holds to the values I look for and expect.
The owner, Chad, did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. The quote was very prompt. He was punctual and responded to emails and phone calls within minutes. I truly felt that I was his only customer.

Chad is very friendly and professional. I had the roof, gutters and one side of the house sidings replaced.
The first time the roof had some minor flaws at the venting top, but Chad was very responsive and had his crew coming back and replacing it in no time. He is very attentive to the details and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

Chad came out the very next day after we placed a call to get an estimate for our house & detached 2 car garage after a hail storm damaged both roofs. He sat down with us and went over everything from beginning to end. We felt very comfortable with his explanation of the process. His cost for the job was more than fair. Chad & his family were on vacation the day we were scheduled to have our roofs replaced, we had a choice to reschedule, but after reading reviews and meeting with Chad we gave him the green light to stay on schedule having total confidence that his crew were going to do a great job. He checked in with us to see how things were going the day of install even though he was on vacation with his family. His crew did an outstanding job, they worked non stop, and all of them helped with clean up. We are very pleased the the product, price and customer service! Thanks Chad!
