From start to finish Look Family Exteriors were absolutely Amazing! This hometown company really made us feel like family. They were able to work closely with our busy schedule when responding to phone calls and scheduling inspections. The crew came out on a Saturday, due to rain, for our roof and gutter installation. My two young kids loved watching the crew work throughout the day. As my kids ran from window to window the members of the crew would smile and wave to them each and every time. These interactions made my kids day! The crew was super efficient in all aspects of their work. It’s been several days and I still have yet to find a nail in our yard! Our new roof is beautiful!!! The minor touches that they add from the accented drip edge to the matching vent pipes really makes our new roof pop! We are very satisfied with the final outcome and all done at a reasonable price!! Roof was replaced in March of 2020 with Look Exteriors. From initial call, to inspection, to tear off and replacement, Chad and his team were extremely professional. Chad and his wife were quick to respond to our call and setup an inspection appointment. After diagnosing the repair of our roof, we chose to just do a full replacement. Chad and his team were very quick to order supplies and get us on the schedule. The communication during the process was great and informative. On the day of installation, Chad’s team was on time, quick to prep the surrounding area around the house and start the tear off. Full roof (26 squares) was tore off and replaced within 10 hrs. The crew was great, very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up. After the crew was completed and left, we only found a single roofing nail left behind, the roof was replaced with good quality shingles, looked great and was as if no one had been there working. I would definitely use look exterior again and highly recommend them for any roofing/exterior home projects. Project couldn’t have gone better. Thanks again. 5 star service.

Look Family Exteriors, LLC just completed a re-roofing (shingles) installation project on my house & carport. The work crew did an outstanding job on the roof. The guys were hard workers and each seemed to know his role on the job...no wasted time...very diligent about their work...and a very thorough job of clean-up, too. Throughout the project time-line, helpful communications from the owners (Toni & Chad) kept me abreast of the impending work schedule, while foreman (Eric) was most helpful in answering my questions during the actual installation as well as completing a small repair on a damaged facia board (not part of the actual project).The roof looks great...many thanks to Look Family Exteriors, LLC, for an outstanding job...!!! And, I will highly recommend them to neighbors & friends.

I called and made a appointment for repairs Chad showed more damage that I could not see which made me change my mind and since the damage was from wind, I decided to get the roof replaced. He explained his product and services very well and clearly, you knew what you were getting. His crew was on time and ready to go and then once set up, began and did not waste anytime. The clean up was very thorough. The material arrived on a Friday and they started on Monday and finished in good time.

We had our gutters and roof replaced by Look Family Exteriors. The owner, Chad, came out himself to do the initial inspection. What really sets this company apart from the others, and why we selected them, was that he sat down with us and went over the entire the process. He explained the product he would use, its features, the process for installation, and also answered my numerous questions (both in person and via email afterwards). He was upfront about additional pricing, such as the cost of any repairs such as replacing damaged wood sheathing. Another thing is that he was also not high -pressure about selling me the job - where other companies had pushed me too hard to sign a contract without explaining their process - to the point that these other companies made me feel uncomfortable. He also left us with plenty of material to read about the product and his company.The installation process went smooth - it was a two day process to replace the roof. The workers were very polite and upbeat despite the blistering heat. We had to go in and out of the housewith the kids. The workers would stop everything, for safety, any time we had to leave the house and would smile and wave to the kids. The cleanup process was good as well.A different company, one they have contracted, came out to do our gutters a day or two later. They were also fantastic and talked to me about the placement. They explained that the original gutters layout was not correct and were running in a way that would put unnecessary wear on parts of the roof (and the spots he pointed out were the spots the roofing team had to replace). They suggested moving a downspouts to a better locations to align with the slope in our backyard so everything was draining downhill and away from our house. They even humored me with finding out where my underground pipe was draining the water runoff and my other many questions.I would highly recommend Look Family Exteriors.
